*A Spiritual Journey*

*Vision Board*

Jun 27, 2016

I love vision boards. The first time I learned about it was through Mike Dooley's wonderful book "Infinite Possibilities." I also learned about it through the movie "The Secret."  Great movie to watch if you haven't already. Pinterest has wonderful examples of vision boards that are truly magical and inspiring. It fascinates me to see what everyone focuses on, their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and goals.

You can make it anything you want. It can be about what motivates you, what you want in  your future, your current goals, your future goals, and so much more. Mike Dooley, the movie The Secret, Abraham Hicks, Doreen Virtue, and so many others emphasize that what we focus on the most is what becomes our reality. I learned that we can use visualization to manifest what we desire.

This is why a vision board is so helpful to me. It reminds me of what I want and how I want to feel. I want to be happy, at peace, and in love with my life. I have two vision boards so far. This one I'm sharing with you and I hope it inspires you to make your own vision board.

Focus on what you want to manifest in your life. The Law of Attraction says we become what we think about . Vision boards are great because it's about you, what you love, and what you want to attract in your life. I love that you can make it about anything you want! Like abundance in love, happiness, family, spirituality, money, a new car, a new home, peace, or health. You can be as creative as you want. No idea is wrong and no idea is too crazy. It's all yours!

It really is fun and relaxing to create. I get so much peace and calmness out of dreaming and picturing my desires. I trust in the law of attraction.

You can have one vision board that can encompass everything you want, or you can have two or three. Whatever makes you happy. I don't follow any rules, just what comes to my heart. I also have one for the material things I want in my life which was lots of fun to create also!

You can have lots of fun with it and share it with others. I enjoy seeing other vision boards just as much as I enjoy seeing my own. It is a joy to take a peek into someone else's soul desires and wishes.

Visions boards are a hit. I even found an app for it in the App store. It's called Success Vision Board. Can't wait to try it!

You can make a vision board with anything, and keep it in your favorite spot. I had my kids use construction paper and crayons. I've seen posters with magazine cut outs, personal pictures, cut outs of inspirational quotes, words, and more. Anything that inspires you and reminds you of how magical you are will work.

If you don't have a vision board already, try it!

Visualization is powerful.
